Cheltenham Civic Society is an independent charitable organisation whose aim is to maintain the special architectural qualities of Cheltenham and its environment, and to encourage good design in new developments.
Cheltenham West End Partnership (CWEP) aims to run projects, events and activities that improve the lives of people living and working in Cheltenham’s Lower High Street and surrounding areas. CWEP operates out of a dedicated Community Resource Centre which provides a central hub for many activities including training and education, events and fun activities in Grove Street, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
The University of Gloucestershire’s Being Human Research Centre brings arts and humanities academics together to conduct research on what being human has meant across the sweep of human history, what it means in the current conditions of the world, and what it will mean in the future. The key focus is on stories and narratives embedded in oral and written texts including historical records, literature, religious and philosophical works, films, the media, video games, poems and digital texts.
